Responsibilities:

A highly motivated individual should have excellent interpersonal skills, have strong written and verbal communication skills. Be able to work well in a team and be individually independent. The person should have effective time management skills and analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding customer business and Gathering functional and non-functional requirements from customer
May have working experience on the requirement elicitation for application configuration & deployment.
Ability to create functional requirement documents and use cases.
Discussing the requirements with the technical team to clear doubts regarding the requirements

Quickly adaptable to different styles
Possess strong research skills
Interpersonal communication skills
Good verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Hindi & English.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
