We are looking for a passionate business development manager for an Educational Technology funded Start-Up with a massive mission and tremendous value creation proposition.


  • The responsibilities of the business development manager include: Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Route Qualified Marketing Leads (QMR) to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Additional Skill Set Requirements:

  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and closing sales

Qualification :

  • B2B sales experience
  • Passion for sales and startups.


  • 3+ years of experience as business development manager


  • Upto 6 LPA depending on experience + Bonus + Incentives
