We are looking for a passionate business development manager for an Educational Technology funded Start-Up with a massive mission and tremendous value creation proposition.
The responsibilities of the business development manager include:
Understand customer needs and requirements
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Route Qualified Marketing Leads (QMR) to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Additional Skill Set Requirements:
Possess excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
B2B sales experience
Passion for sales and startups.
3+ years of experience as business development manager
Upto 6 LPA depending on experience + Bonus + Incentives
